Cancel any time in the Stripe portal. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan never asks for one and there is no countdown on it. Move to Pro when you actually run out of room, not when a timer says so.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then move back to Free. Nothing you posted or scheduled is deleted, though anything over the Free limits stops accepting additions.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in the Stripe portal from your settings page. Stripe prorates the change for you.
Which payment methods do you take?
Whatever Stripe offers at checkout for your country. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
